Strategy
A villager just outside your cave asks for help gathering moon heart mushrooms for a newborn. Head to the marked location just northeast of the Nakuti Bonfire and accept the mission. Enter the cave found to the north at Mansi Rest. There are eight spots in the cave where the mushroom is available, but only five need to be gathered. Two Wolves impede your progress, but are fairly easy to take care of with your lit club. A Brown Bear also makes an appearance and takes a little more work to take down. You are unable to tame it, but bait can be used as a distraction. Look for vines that lead to upper ledges and pick away at its health from there.
The fungus glows bright green in the dark and has a slight flicker when you are carrying a burning weapon. Explore the cave and grab five mushrooms. Head to the cave exit to find the villager and complete the mission.
