First take out the stationary alarms. The two in the north side of the camp can be shot with a bow from the west entrance; the remaining one can easily be shot from the south entrance.
Have your spears equipped and head into the outpost from the southwest corner. Call in your beast on one of the Elite Slingers while you take the other one down with your spears.
Use your bow to take out the Scourge nearby, then wait for any other enemies to come your way, making sure to recall your beast after it kills the Elite Slinger so that it doesn’t move east into the camp and attack the Elite Chieftain before you’ve eliminated the other enemies.
Retreat back out of the camp and then infiltrate the camp again from the west side. The enemies should have moved to the south. The first enemy you encounter is the Elite Scourge that may still be on his small tower to the left of the west entrance. Take him down with a spear or a couple of arrows before moving into the camp and picking off any remaining Spearmen and the Archer, if they did not get pulled into the initial fight with the Elite Slingers.
Once you’ve isolated the Elite Chieftain in the east side of the camp, free the caged Brown Bear when the Elite Chieftain is nearby. Throw some rocks to get the Elite Chieftain in a good position between you and the Bear. If you don’t have him close enough to the freed Bear, you may end up facing the Elite Chieftain and the Brown Bear at the same time.
Stun the Elite Chieftain with rocks from a distance and let the bear deal damage to him. This prevents you from being spotted and gives you an easy victory over this outpost.
