Strategy
Speak with Manoo again for the next village mission. A Wenja has not returned from fetching honey. Move out to the quest marker and accept the mission. Enable Hunter Vision and follow the blood trail to the west as it leads to an Udam camp. Several Udam occupy the area with an alarm situated between the two fires. Try to keep this operation stealthy—at least until the Udam Elite Slinger and alarm have been taken care of.
With the area clear of Udam, find the Wenja inside a small cave, northwest of the camp, and interact with him. At this point, you must escort him to safety. His health bar appears at the top of the HUD. If it depletes, he dies and you return to the previous checkpoint. Udam attack from all sides; use the mini-map to spot them early. Use a strong beast companion to increase the odds of the Wenja surviving. It may seem obvious, but be careful with fire, as the Wenja burn too.
