Climb up the two ledges north of the bonfire, then use the hanging vines to pull yourself the rest of the way up to the bonfire. Once there, the Elite Slinger will be to the right of you, while the Elite Spearman and Elite Scourge will be next to a small campfire in front of you.
Gaining line of sight on the Elite Slinger is a bit hard at first, so throw a rock to pull them away from cover opening them up for a ranged attack, or call your beast in to do the dirty work for you.
The next move is up to you, attacking the Elite Slinger draws the attention of the Elite Spearman and Elite Scourge. Taking out the Elite Scourge is a better option at first, this prevents you from getting poisoned, however it does expose you to devastating spears being thrown by the Elite Spearman. Strafe left to right to avoid the spears while eliminating the Elite Scourge from range. Then move in and take down the Elite Spearman and light the bonfire to claim it.
