Hyrule Warriors Legends eGuide Warriors & Weapons

Young Link

The land of Termina faced imminent destruction from a maniacal masked figure and a furious moon, but a Young Link appeared just in time to summon the four giants and set things right. Young Link originally found himself in Termina while in search of someone dear to him. The Skull Kid stole the Ocarina of Time from Young Link and set the events of Majora’s Mask in motion. Despite his age, Young Link is a formidable warrior, possessing mastery of a sword. He also comes equipped with the Fierce Deity Mask, an object that allows Young Link to turn into a powerful spirit.

How to unlock

You can find this Warrior in Scenario B-1 in the Adventure Map. You must first use an Item Card in the Search Screen to locate him, and then complete the Scenario to unlock him.

Young Link’s Weapons

Mask

Although skilled in the use of the sword, Young Link does most of his damage after transforming with his Fierce Deity Mask. Go ahead and unleash a Regular Attack barrage—his swordplay certainly is fast and furious, but with the exception of his most advanced combo (Regular-Regular-Regular-Regular-Regular-Combo Attack), this is not Young Link’s greatest strength. Strive to unleash Special Attacks or Focus Spirit instead, transforming Young Link into Fierce Deity Link! In Fierce Deity form, Young Link becomes empowered with destructive fury. Press the Combo Attack button to covert Young Link’s Special Attack energy into Focus Spirit energy—a unique trait that only Young Link enjoys.
