Mission Briefing
This battle gets intense quickly. Three Imprisoned litter the map and harass three of your allied Warriors. If even one of them falls, the mission is over. Race to reach all three of your Warriors before one of them can be defeated. You don’t need to defeat the Imprisoned attacking them right away, but you do need to reach them in order to avoid losing the battle early on.
Using the Weak Point Smasher Potion from the Apothecary is incredibly helpful here. If you have a high-level Tingle with his fourth tier weapon and his Stamina Fruit and Kokiri Sword Badges maxed, you’ll be in great shape. His Regular-Regular-Regular-Regular-Combo attack is incredibly effective at clearing out Keeps and can destroy the Imprisoned’s toes in one attack. If you time it properly, you can use that attack again as the Imprisoned as soon as the Imprisoned’s Weak Point Mark appears, which can nearly deplete it in one strike.
Just make sure that you keep watch on Ruto during this battle. Enemy Captains regularly make their way up to her and, after a certain point in the battle, all living Imprisoned and any allies that have turned on you charge Ruto.
Save the Stranded Allied Forces!
Sheik and Impa are isolated behind enemy lines. You need to get over there and defeat the Imprisoned near them to free your ally before they are defeated.
To reach your allies, you must first capture either W. Rockface Keep, the Central Keep, or the East Field Keep. Capturing one removes the gates from all three of the Keeps, allowing you to move to the southern side of the map.
Focus on reaching each of your allies before you start to fight the Imprisoned. Shortly after you approach them, they turn against you due to the confusion of the battle. They won’t be at risk of fleeing once they’ve turned, but they won’t turn until they’ve been approached. Make sure to race to the Castle Keep and capture it as soon as you’ve captured one of the first three marked Keeps. The trip up to Impa is the longest, so waiting until the last minute to reach her is unwise.
Defeat the Scout Captain before Scout Troops can be called
A Scout Captain enters the field while you’re working on your mission. If the Scout Captain is left to his own devices, he calls in Scout Troops to aid in the fight. To stop this from happening, race to the Scout Captain and defeat it swiftly.
Knock some sense into Sheik/Impa/Lana
Due to the chaos of this battle, Sheik, Lana and Impa eventually lose their cool and turn against you. Defeat the Imprisoned that is closest to your turned ally to turn them back to your side.
Once all three Imprisoned have been defeated, the gates to the Enemy Base Keep open.
Defeat the enemy Commander
You can find Ghirahim in the Enemy Base Keep.
