Linkle is a young woman who lives a peaceful life in a small village and raises Cuccos. From an early age she believed she was the legendary hero reborn.
Hearing the rumor that Hyrule Castle was being attacked by monsters, she quickly put on her green cloak, took up the compass her grandmother gave her, equipped her precious crossbows, and set off from the village. She believed it was her mission as the hero reborn to preserve the peace in Hyrule.
But her journey did not go as planned. Soon after leaving the village and entering the forest, Linkle ran into a little demon in a strange mask who stole her precious compass. Linkle chased the little demon and convinced him to give it back.
After that, as if responding to her wishes, the compass emitted a mysterious light. She has no idea why it suddenly lit up. She has no idea why it lit up suddenly or what power it holds, but she thinks the compass is the mark of the hero and that if she uses the power of the hero, the kingdom of Hyrule can be saved. Believing this, Linkle continues on her journey. She intended to head straight to Hyrule Castle, but the castle seems somehow farther than she thought…
Furthermore, Linkle continues to stop and help everyone she meets who is in trouble. Will she be able to reach Hyrule Castle safely and save Hyrule from danger?
