It’s inevitable that you’re going to take a few shots before the fight’s done, and the kind of armor you equip can determine whether you survive.
The ability to customize Shepard’s armor returns in
Mass Effect 3
, with players able to select separate pieces for the arms, legs, chest, shoulders, and head.
In addition to the various sets that can be found piece by piece, there are special full-armor sets that have a series of special bonuses but otherwise cannot be customized in any way.
Every piece or set of armor you obtain has its own stat boosts that can enhance your powers , your skill with firearms, or how hard you can take a swing at someone.
