You can head directly through to Biroclef Ridge if you just want to get through the main story. If you would like to complete the next stage of the "Restoration of Lastonbell" Sub-Event or even just collect all the treasures of the Caverns, you can head to the purple star to speak with Sindra at the Subterranean Lake. She won’t come back yet, but this will set the wheels in motion for her return later. You will also find an Iris Gem there.
