Using Support Talents repeatedly will strengthen them over time, while new talents can be found by staying at inns. Some Talents are improved by setting multiple characters to use them at the same time.

| Health Maintenance | Lailah | Health maintenance steadily recovers characters’ HP while moving, and also warns you when an ally’s HP is significantly low. A good skill to use when you are in a new area with strong enemies. Raise level to increase HP recovery. |
| Windstepping | Mikleo, Alisha, Dezel/Zaveid | After winning a battle or eavesdropping on townsfolk, movement speed is boosted for 30 seconds. Raise level to increase speed boost, and set on multiple characters to lengthen boost period. Your speed increases with each enemy you defeat or rumor you hear as long as your timer doesn’t run out, so chain them together to fly across the field. |

| Money Finding | Edna | Find gald simply by wandering the streets of towns – spending some money beforehand will give you a boost in the gald amount earned. While there is still a chance of finding gald in fields and dungeons, you’ll have better luck in towns. Raise level to increase gald found. |
| Normin for the Win | Lailah, Edna | Detects nearby undiscovered normin, marking them on the map. Raise level or set on multiple characters to extend range. |
| Stealthy Feet | Rose | Sneak up on noise-sensitive foes undetected. Raising this skills level will make you stealthier; at max proficiency, you won’t make a sound. |
| Fusion | Lailah, Edna | Build up fusion points over time, then use them to fuse equipment on the go. This is the same procedure as fusions in shops, but can be performed without gald; however, the more valuable the item, the more points you’ll need to spend. Raise level to boost fusion points, and set on multiple characters to share points. Note: You need to press the button to access the fusion menu. |
