Lantuina is in Lavanda. Fly or drive over there and Liberate the town to get easier access to this mission, then talk to Mario at the objective marker. He’s dancing the day away there. Your mission is to help a scientist named Zeno defect from Di Revello’s weapon program.
Bring Mario a Military Vehicle
Mario wants to get a decent vehicle for your mission. Search around town for a heavy military transport. There are Urga Szturms here and there. You can find a couple of them within a block or so of Mario’s dancing spot. They’re heavily armored and have a turret, so it’s a solid choice for this run. Bring one of them back to Mario as soon as you can.
Drive to Zeno’s Location and Defeat the Soldiers
Take the short drive to Zeno’s location, but be ready for trouble. There are about half-a-dozen soldiers attacking the area around the marker. Use your turret to slice through them, or get out and engage in some close-range fighting.
The defector comes out as soon as the fighting ends. His full name is Dr. Zeno Antithikara. He gets into a chopper to start his escape, while Mario drives the transport that you brought in the first place. You must ensure that both of these men survive the trip, otherwise the mission is a bust!
Escort Your Allies to the Safe House
Zip onto the top of Mario’s vehicle to ensure that you have a great line of sight on anyone who comes after you. Watch the roads heavily, because that’s where all of the early attackers come from. Rockets really help here, but automatic weapons are useful against the motorcyclists.
Both vehicles stop as you get close to a checkpoint. Leave your buddies, for a moment, and zip ahead on your grappling line to approach a missile battery (it’s marked on your map). Hack this SAM site and then get back onto Mario’s transport as soon as you can.
Your group leaves the checkpoint and drives into a city a bit farther down the road. They stop in the middle of that section because there’s another SAM site ahead. Disable it at maximum speed and grapple back onto Mario’s vehicle as he barrels down the road toward you.
A gunship flies into the area as your people drive out of the city and into the hills. Grapple toward it to take out the pilot, or do some precision shooting to knock the chopper out of the sky.
Mario reaches the destination and tells you to destroy any remaining militia forces. Do so to make sure that the Doctor isn’t followed. Zeno lands and goes off to see Dimah. With that, you’ve won the mission!
Your next task begins at the Cima Leon command base. If you’ve completed The Secret of Vis Electra, the only other requirement to begin this is to Liberate Cima Leon: CentCom. Take care of that now, and then proceed to Missile Cowboy, on the eastern side of the island.
