Over the course of centuries, this offshoot of nearby Argo grew into a larger, more progressive community. Tips
Strike the town and the police station in an attack helicopter. Raise the police station’s Havoc Meter to 100% by blowing up all the military assets and doing some extra damage to vehicles or destructible walls. Land it and enter the police station on foot to hack or tether open the two gates (
and 
) to call in the Rebels.
Police Station
If you lost your helicopter to enemy air support, then steal one of the enemy’s and bomb the crap out of the police station. Take down all the walls, assets, and vehicles to raise the Havoc Meter. There’s only one gate to open to call in the Rebels. Do this, then go raise the flag to liberate the town.
