The cozy inlet of Celata was once home to a rowdy tribe of Salirosan fisherman. Urbanization and the march of progress have reduced Celata’s population in size; now it is the sort of town that youngsters leave and the elderly retire to.
Tips
Statues don’t crumble from bullets. Use rockets, missiles, grenades, explosives, or a strong tether to bring them down.
Hijack a helicopter when aerial support is called, and use its weapons to destroy everything possible in the police station to quickly raise the Havoc Meter. Open both gates 
and 
to allow the Rebels access.

Celata Garage
Once the town is liberated, you can deliver boats to the Celata Garage 
by docking them in the blue zone. You can also find a resupply crate near the vehicle garage on the pier.
