The sequestered harbor of Porto Coclea is home to a large prison complex. Smugglers who fail to elude capture on their way to or from Spain, France, or Monaco spend time here before either bargaining for their freedom or being transferred to one of Insula Striate’s monstrous Bavarium mines.
Tips
Approach the base from the water in a CS Navajo and surgically remove the SAMs from the first pier. Then take out any enemy aircraft and remove any attack boats from the water. If you lose your chopper, mount one of the Capstones on the bridge towers and delete enemy targets and military assets in the area. Remember you can tether the guns and move them to get a better view if necessary.
Cell Blocks
Toward the back of the base is a large network of multistory scaffolding with locked cell blocks on the ground level. All this is surrounded by castle walls equipped with Capstones and Vulcan guns. First, clear the riffraff out with the Capstones and Vulcan guns; you could also commandeer a tank and take out groups of enemies.
After the area is relatively clear of military, press the buttons on the ledges to open the cell block doors. You have a limited amount of time to destroy the generator inside before the door closes again, so use a rocket launcher or the Vulcan guns that are nearby. Button

Commander Battle
The commander appears in a military attack boat near the watery entrance to the base. Glide to him and either rocket him from your parachute or mount a Capstone and blast him out of the water.
