The town of Albeto Pero came into being following a brutal navel siege on the ancient fort that once stood in its place. Ironically enough, the only surviving portion of its once-proud walls is the very same that was front and center to the most violent bombardments. Guided tours often stop atop the lighthouse at nearby Point Laurino, where tour guides badly botch their retelling of the conflict that took place around them.
Tips: Police Station
At the police station, you can safely raise gate 
by tethering it open while standing on the rooftop of the nearby house. Call in the Rebels and then start destroying the many targets inside. You can find the weapon cache next to the first gate. Raise the second gate 
to complete that objective and raise the Havoc Meter by blowing up everything in sight.
