Tips: FOW Airstrike Avoidance
You can liberate this Region Central Command base without completing the mission “The Secret of Vis Electra” to get rid of the FOW airstrikes. Easily avoid airstrikes by gliding around in your parachute or wingsuiting. You can also avoid airstrikes by taking cover under rooftops, such as the different levels of the Centcom Tower.
Tips: Speed Grappling
Fly into the area with an attack chopper and do what damage you can before it’s destroyed; then parachute to the top of the Centcom Tower. Destroy the rooftop targets while continuously grappling from one location to the next to avoid being caught in the airstrike’s red target zone.
As long as your feet don’t touch the ground, the airstrikes won’t target you. When you do touch down, speed grapple from one location to the next. Make it to the weapon cache on the ruin wall near the Doppler radar closest to the tower, then arm yourself and get to gliding and rocketing targets again. Repeat until the base is liberated.
