This is the sister base to Espia Alta. Little is known about the brand of information gathered by Alta’s massive satellite dish. Leaked recordings reveal simple, low-frequency radio patterns, suggesting a monitoring of deep space.
Tips: Surface Attack
One half of this base has its military targets exposed on the mountaintop and the other half is inside the large cavern inside the mountain. Hit the outposts on the outer edges of the exterior base first. Start by commandeering the Vulkan guns nearby, clearing the enemy and aerial attacks, and then hack the SAMs. When above ground, keep grappling to move around to avoid the airstrikes.
Transponder
There’s also a mounted Urga Vulkan next to the road and building in the transponder area. Use the Vulkan to clear the riffraff. If things get hairy, use the transponder silo as a foxhole or just parachute around a bit. Hack the transponder controls to raise the device, and then destroy it. Hack the nearby SAM.
Vehicle Ramp
A good way to start your attack on the interior base is to drive a heavy vehicle off the ramp 
, parachute out, and allow the vehicle to explode when it hits the Satcom dish below.
Ledge of Death
There’s a ledge below ground level, but high above most of the cave’s military assets. Defeat the Black Hand Titan (the well-armored soldier holding the Urga Vulkan) and steal his weapon. Turn it on the nearby enemies and vehicles. Put it down for a second to hack the SAM on the same ledge. Pick it back up, walk to the edge of the ledge, and begin decimating all the targets you see in the base below.
Cavern of Fuel Tanks
It’s easy to miss, but there’s a cave a little farther away from the rest of the base, inside the cavern that contains eight very large fuel tanks. A Black Hand Titan (among other soldiers) guards the entrance to this cave. Defeat him (rockets, grenades, and grappling attacks are some suggestions) and steal his weapon. Turn it on the remaining enemies, and then destroy the eight fuel tanks.
Commander Battle
The base commander appears near the end of the battle, tucked safely inside his tank. Meet him face-to-face with your own tank or simply hijack his, and then blast him with his own cannon.
