Tips
Vigilator Nord is a huge radar facility and lots of fun to destroy. If you plan on using a helicopter, then first take out or hack the many SAM sites around the base. An easier approach would be using the many Capstone FH155s all around the base to destroy, well… pretty much everything. There are so many Capstones that you will be able to get in one that will reach your target.
There are many military assets on the large Satcom dish tower. Circle it a few times while gliding to make sure you got everything.
