Ancient art and architecture stand proudly in the shadow of apartment complexes. Luxury auto advertisements adorn tenements, and sadistic soldiers debase once-venerated churches. The oil rig of Platteforma Cost Sud and the monastery of Sanche Galile can be seen at the same time. The small city of Perla Est is a quiet chaos of conflicting influences.
Tips: Police Station
It’s always a good idea to target the police station first if you have an attack helicopter. This allows you to volley missiles down into the compound, destroying all the military assets while raising the Havoc Meter. If you lose your copter during or after, simply hijack another using your grapple; your Heat level will surely be high enough that air support has been called.
Before you can liberate this police station, you must raise two gates,

. Use the gate switches or tether the doors open using the frame above the door for leverage.
There are six monitors to disable in this town. You must push the button on each monitor to disable it. The fastest way to reach each is to grapple, parachute, or wingsuit it (sometimes a combination of all three). Grappling is the fastest route, but it won’t always reach from one monitor to the next. Always aim for the monitor pole or the rooftop just below the pole to be pulled directly toward the monitor. In general, approach the poles in an order where the buttons are facing you. Use our numbered monitors on the map for the quickest route to all six.

Captain
The Captain (boss) appears in the streets after you complete all liberation tasks, except for raising the flag in Perla Est. Find him by spotting the “Defeat” prompt and the red triangle icon accompanied by a distance meter. Parachute above him and shoot him with an RPG or drop a grenade on him to finish him off quickly.
