Rip through this town in an attack helicopter and destroy all targets. Raise the Havoc Meter before aerial support arrives. When you drop into the police station, you must take care of matters on foot. Open the two gates 
and 
before opening the two jail cells 
to free the prisoners. The jail cells are stacked on top of each other in the middle of the police station. Call the Rebels in before you open the cells so the militia will be distracted while you hack the doors.
