A tiny fishing village only a decade ago, the up-and-coming town of Vista Fonte has ultimately benefited from Di Ravello’s rule. The military’s demand for grain and fish created thousands of stable jobs, and the burning of the north brought a fresh workforce south to fill them.
Tips: Police Station
Besides blowing up all the police station military assets and raising the Havoc Meter by going beyond asset destruction, you must also raise the gate 
to let in the Rebels and free some prisoners. There are three jail cells to hack to let prisoners out. There’s a two-story jail cell 
whose doors you must hack, and you must hack the jail 
above the generator to complete the police station challenge. Use the Urga Vulcan gun on the militia. It’s located on the second level of the prison building.
Disable Monitoring System Time Limit: 1:19
There are six monitoring systems to disable. Start with the ones on the highest points in town. On this course, there are two very high ones, but we’ll start on the hotel rooftop 
. Jump off the rooftop after pressing the button, then parachute and grapple directly to the rooftop of the lower resort’s rooftop 
. From there it’s residential rooftop skipping 
and 
. From , turn, jump, and grapple to the side of the cliff; then parachute up to the white house on the hill. To reach monitoring system 
, grapple to the edge of the rooftop when you get close. From there, just jump, glide, and grapple to the last one on the residential rooftop
