Fortalessa is set atop a plateau in one of Lacro’s most coveted stretches of land; to the west, a glimmering lake weaves through cliff sides and into a secluded, water-worn ravine. You can see Vis Electra’s rising smokestacks from the southern vista, while Di Ravello’s CentCom Tower looms on the mountain to the northwest. This gives the people of Fortalessa a lot to look at.
Tips
Annihilate the town with a helicopter equipped with rockets. This will allow you to easily take out the Propaganda Van (instead of chasing it around town) and make quick work of the Captain, who appears on foot near the end of the battle.
Police Station
The police station is small in this town, but has two gates to open (
and 
) to call in the Rebels. Destroy the single military asset inside: the fuel tank. Raise the Havoc Meter by blowing up its walls and destroying any vehicles around the police station.
