Mario's Rebel Drops

Now that you’re starting to get some territory, it’s good to do a mission that lets you look into the vehicles of Medici. Mario sends you on a quest to find something interesting!

Reach the Mystery Location

A waypoint is placed on your map. It’s up to you how to get there. A scenic drive through the mountains is lovely and lets you get some fighting against the militia. Grappling and flying up there is a little bit faster, but you won’t get to mess around with anyone.

Approach the waypoint and find the “special” vehicle that Mario has located. It’s, well, probably not what you’d expect.

Now that you’re there, use your map and mark a garage as your next waypoint. This is worth doing any time you find a vehicle that you want to save; the game shows you a good path to take to get the vehicle home, and this lights up the roads that you’re meant to take, so you won’t have to switch back and forth between the game and the map while you’re driving.

Get this vehicle down to the garage. No one knows what you’re doing, so there isn’t likely to be any fighting unless you get yourself into serious trouble.

Park in a blue circle by the garage and you’re good to go. This is how you save and unlock vehicles for future use. This one might not be suitable for heavy combat, but you’re not limited to little ones like this.

After saving the scooter, look for a Beacon in a crate several feet away. Take it. Beacons let you call in rebels with the vehicles that you want. Go into the menu, select Rebel Drop, and then request weapons, vehicles, etc. Once done, throw your Beacon at a safe spot nearby and wait for your delivery.

Try this right now! Get some weapons and a vehicle to test this and finish the mission. Make sure to request things that you actually want to use so that this free Beacon does the most good for you!

With all of these basics mastered, you should finish your Liberation of Baia. As soon as that’s done, you can continue on the path to victory.

When you’re ready, commandeer a helicopter or boat, and make your way to the province south of Baia. It’s called Sirocco Nord. Not far onto that island, you reach a set of ruins. Walk onto your objective marker and start the next mission.
