The broad white beaches of this breezy seaside town are ranked fourth most beautiful in the Mediterranean. Before the construction of Vigilator Nord, they were ranked second. Foreigners and those scant few Medicians still able to afford vacations flock to Bellevia and stroll down the beach until the General’s voice no longer reaches them.
Tips: Police Station
If you aren’t flying around, then grab and dismount the Urga Vulcan on the rooftop facing the police station gate 
. Use this to destroy the enemies and military assets and to raise the Havoc Meter. Open both gates ( and 
) to call in the Rebels. You are likely to have enemy air forces after you, so hijack a helicopter and take out all the assets in town; then raise the flag to liberate the town of Bellevia.
