Vinialetta is home to the nation’s most creative vintners, both in the variety of wines produced there and the yield gained from its rocky, unforgiving soil. It’s not uncommon to see a Vinialetta wine on the General’s dinner table.
Tips: Police Station
If you are piloting an attack helicopter, target the police station first. Raise the Havoc Meter to 100% while taking out all the targets inside. If you lose the helicopter, then you’ve accomplished the most time-consuming part of this liberation. You can always hijack an enemy chopper if you want to continue in this fashion.
There are two prison control panels on the police station building 
(one on the ground level and one on the second level). Hack the prison doors to free both prisoners. It’s easier to do this after you call in the Rebels (by pressing the gate switch 
) or by tethering it open. They’ll keep the enemies somewhat distracted while you hack.
