Those looking to enjoy a coastal drive will be delighted to find various stretches of road running right up against the sea and sand.
Tips: Police Station
The police station in this town is one of the largest in the game, yet there are so few military assets inside. Just hitting the sphere tank and generator raises your Havoc Meter more than halfway. Use an attack helicopter to shred the police station. Land and open the two gates

Leave town or stay out of sight for a bit to get rid of the heat level. Now find the monitor on the rooftop of the house near the beach billboard. Push the button on this monitor 
to give you almost two minutes to push two more monitor buttons. This is a lot of time. Grapple and glide to the next rooftop monitor 
, press the button, and grapple and glide to the final one 
on the ruins near the ocean. Raise the flag near the crumbled statue to completely liberate the town.
