The military plant of Alte Potentia, nestled on a remote mountainside in the far north, provides power to many of Di Ravello’s bases throughout Insula Striate. The smog generated here has a direct effect on the air quality of towns as far away as Perla Est and Vista Fonte.
Tips
This military base is surrounded by mountains, making it terribly difficult to defend. To compensate for this weakness, multiple SAM sites are scattered throughout the base, making approach by helicopter very difficult. We suggest parachuting into the base, landing atop one of the large smokestacks, and starting your assault from there. Grapple from smokestack to smokestack, finding large targets to hit with explosives.
Consider hacking all five of the SAM sites and then hijacking and attacking enemy helicopter. Expect paratrooper reinforcements early in the base attack. Try to pick them off before they land.
Heat Exchanger Switches and Turbine Blocks
Push the buttons on two paired heat exchangers:

. This opens the four large doors on the nearby turbine blocks

. You have 39 seconds to press the second Heat Exchange button. This button combo opens the turbine doors, giving you 1:29 to destroy the turbines before the doors shut again. If they do shut without the group of four turbines being destroyed, simply press the button combos again and continue your assault on the large engines.
We suggest opening the turbine doors and then hijacking the Urga Szturm 63A from the garage near the weapons cache. Use the attached machine gun to quickly destroy the turbines and nearby enemies. Otherwise, visit the weapon caches often and use rockets and grenades for quick demolition.
