Of what little global media coverage has been given the plight of Medici, most has mentioned Surpicco in particular—a fact that was hastily parlayed into making it a tourist hot spot. How this “hot spot” status stuck is uncertain, but it’s widely believed—by romantic individuals, anyway—that visitors can feel the “heart” of the island’s struggle beneath the battle scars of this very settlement.
Tips
Fly into town in an attack helicopter and surgically remove the billboards, speakers, statue, and Captain quickly, then attack the police station. Next, find the targets you missed in town, like the projector and remaining billboards; then park the helicopter and enter the police station on foot.
Police Station
Blow the police station all to hell with the CS Navajo’s rockets and missiles combination. Watch for attacking enemy aircraft and take them out by climbing altitude quickly and rocketing them when they climb to reach you. If your helicopter survives, park it and get to the station on foot to open the gate 
and call the Rebels in. Hijack a tank at Heat Level 4 and fill the Havoc Meter (if you haven’t done so already) by demolishing everything in the police station.
