Description: Focus your body and mind into a meditative state, healing for 1,500 Health and restoring 1,500 Magicka and Stamina every 1 second.

You will remain in a meditative state until you toggle this ability off or are interrupted.

This ability definitely has a lot of potential but is not for those without situation awareness. Getting hit by anything will knock you out of your trance, so know when to use it during a fight or it won’t be useful. It’s at its best when you have a tank drawing attention from enemies and you’ve just burned through all of your Stamina or Magicka. You can quickly meditate, then get right back to slinging attacks as if nothing ever happened. Or consider using Accelerate to put some distance between you and an enemy player who got the upper hand during combat. Get a few seconds’ distance ahead of them, then use your Meditate, get some HP, Stamina, and Magicka back, and turn the tables on them entirely. The possibilities for using this effectively are there, but you’ll need to be clever and very aware of your situation to access them.

Deep Thoughts

This morph increases the amount of Magicka and Stamina restored, lending itself more to the attacker that’s shooting projectiles while their tanks and other allies draw all the attention. It’s not a huge increase in Magicka and Stamina restored, but it’s enough that you’ll be back in the fight faster than you would otherwise.

Introspection

Introspection increases the amount of Hit Points restored by 10% for every second you maintain your trance. Those with large health pools will likely get much more use from this ability than those with a lower base HP. If you’re particularly squishy, you won’t want to commit to holding completely still long enough for this ability to be effective, but a tank will find getting back huge chunks of HP rapidly a massive boon to their playstyle.
