Summerset is a large island that you’ll explore fully as you traverse it while completing quests. You’ll find a variety of new quests in the form of the new Summerset main story line and a myriad of side quests, all of which we’ll be covering in this section of the book.
Our goal is to keep this section as spoiler-free as possible, but be warned that there are still screenshots and objective descriptions that will reveal more than you might want. To avoid potentially spoiling things for yourself, do your best to stick only to the quests you’re currently trying to complete. The story line quests are organized by order of appearance, while the side quests are presented largely in alphabetical order. Quest Steps (

The ten main quests on Summerset (not including the tutorial quest “The Mind Trap”) center around the growing threat of the Sea Sload and the mysterious Abyssal Pearls that seem to control their Yaghra. There is also a great deal of unrest due to the Queen’s decision to open the borders of Summerset to foreigners, a decision that has been received as dangerous and likely to destroy the Altmer way of living. Your first quest starts near Shimmerene. You’ve got a long road ahead of you with plenty of surprises, so don’t delay!
