Description: The threat of the princes is over—for now. But the defenses on the Crystal Tower have lowered without explanation. Valsirenn believes the only way to protect the tower from further attack is to form an alliance with all of Summerset’s leaders. Help her to that end.
Talk to Oriandra
Leave the Dreaming Cave and enter Ceporah Tower. Speak with Oriandra on the south side of the tower’s main hall. Now head to Sotha Sil’s study and speak with him as well. Teleport to a wayshrine near Alinor. Your next stop is Alinor’s Royal Palace.
When you arrive in Alinor, head south, then go north over the bridge to reach the palace; it will save you from having to backtrack if you choose to try for the most direct approach. Speak with Oriandra in front of the palace doors, then head inside. Enter the council chambers and attend the meeting already in progress. When there’s a pause in the discussion, speak with Sapiarch Larnatille. You’ll be given a dialogue choice while speaking with Larnatille. Neither choice will affect the meeting’s outcome, so feel free to choose whichever option you like best.
The meeting will continue after you speak to the Sapiarch. Listen to the conversation, then speak with Sapiarch Larnatille once more. The meeting will formally conclude and everyone will leave except Valsirenn. Speak with her, then exit the room. Find Razum-dar and speak with him to wrap up the quest. You’ll earn the Ring of Summerset’s Champion, the Exemplary Triune Ring, and the Emissary Title.
Ascend the Tower
Fight your way up the first map above and enter the following area. Earl Tundilwen will be waiting there, ready to do battle.
