Looting the Light
- Location: Inside Eton Nir Grotto
- Quest-giver: Seeks-the-Dark
Description: Seeks-the-Dark’s apprentice has gone missing in the Meridia cultist-filled caverns of Eton Nir Grotto while trying to collect Meridia Tokens. Seeks-the-Dark is not interested in diving into Eton Nir himself, so he’s asked you to look for his apprentice for him and collect the tokens she could not. Return to him with tokens in hand and he’ll have some coin for you.
Obtain Tokens of Meridia
The Tokens of Meridia are all inside backpacks surrounding the camp on the delve’s north side. Xoraxia is in the center of the camp, so take care not to draw her attention.
Find Erilthel
You can find Erilthel in the delve’s southwestern corner in front of Kayliriax the Spinner. You can avoid Kayliriax entirely if you sneak, so don’t engage her unless you’re looking for a fight.
Talk to Seeks-the-Dark
Head back to the entrance and speak with Seeks-the-Dark to wrap up the quest.
Snuffing Out the Light (Daily)
- Location: In the center of Alinor
- Quest-giver: Justiciar Tanorian
Description: Members of Summerset’s Meridia cult have taken up refuge in Eton Nir Grotto, and their Meridia worship has led to the delve filling with daedra. The cultists have largely been exterminated by the daedra, but the daedra have started creating cocoons, which are in turn creating more daedra. Clear the delve of the daedra cocoons and any Meridia cultist texts you stumble upon in Eton Nir Grotto, and Tanorian will reward you handsomely.
Burn Scriptures of Meridia
All five of the Scriptures of Meridia are on the outskirts of the camp surrounding Webmistress Xoraxia. She’s trouble, so be patient and clever to burn the scriptures beneath her notice.
Destroy Cocoons
Like the scriptures, the cocoons are surrounding an elite enemy—Kayliriax the Spinner, boss of this delve. You’ll need to sneak if you want to avoid fighting Kayliriax, though if you want to kill two birds with one stone, you can read our strategy on how to beat her and clear her out right now. If you choose the stealthy approach, stay on the outside of the pillars surrounding the room. You’ll have little trouble avoiding her so long as you keep the pillars between you two.
Return to Justiciar Tanorian
Once you clear the delve of scriptures and cocoons, return to Tanorian in Alinor to complete the quest and claim your reward.
