- Price: Free/3,000 gold*
- Location: The Golden Gryphon Inn, Alinor
- Style of House: Inn Room

Alinor Crest Town House
- Requirement for Purchase: Summerset Grand Adventurer Achievement
- Location: Southeastern part of Alinor
- Style of House: Town house
- Notes: On the heights of Alinor, with easy access to the Royal Palace, this splendid mansion was built as a consulate for the Bosmeri Ambassador of the Camoran Dynasty. With the ambassador now in Elden Root, the town house is available for you!
Colossal Aldmeri Grotto
- Requirement for Purchase: Only available in the crownstore after ESO: Summerset launch.
- Location—Galleon: Moored at Alinor Docks.
- Location—Grotto: Along the southeastern coast, east of Sunhold (only accessible via galleon).

- Notes: Once a watering stop for the High Elf navy, this great cavernous grotto on the Summerset coast west of Dusk features shipboard compartments, magnificent Aldmeri ruins, weathered wood from several shipwrecks, and a sparkling subterranean waterfall.
