Money pallet tips:

Money Pallets 3, 11 and 19: Helicopters or VTOLs will make grabbing these simple.

Money Pallet 4: Smiling Jack’s Diner is the location of an important conversation with Kinzie, but it also hides one of the money pallets you want to find. Enter the diner and proceed inside as far as you can go. At the back of the restaurant in a small alcove, the money waits for pickup.

Money Pallet 6: The heights of this tower can be access from the ground near the highway, but you might want to do this one earlier in the game if you have a severe aversion to zombies.

Money Pallet 7: A bit tricky, this one: Check the open train cars to find the cash.

Money Pallet 9: It might look like you need access to a flying vehicle to get this stack of cash, but it is possible to leap from the highway onto this rooftop without harming yourself.

Money Pallet 13: Check the plaza between the two apartment buildings here. It’s easy to miss the cash on the steps of one of the buildings.

Money Pallet 15: The monument island shaped like a star hides cash inside the building at the southernmost point.

Money Pallet 16: You can get access to this cash from the ground level, but keep in mind you’re going to have the military all over you. However, a Specter can help you slip right into the tower, making your visit short and sweet.
