The Goliath can go longer periods between eating due to its high armor. Unlike the other Monsters, it’s best to just gorge yourself on groups of animals before moving on. Even pausing during battles to tear through the flesh of a few creatures isn’t a bad idea, especially if the Hunters can’t find you. Using attacks like Charge and Leap Smash can help Goliath quickly close in and eliminate creatures before they have to spread out and escape. This drastically increases the amount of time the Monster has to feed.
