Junk items have little purpose other than to be sold, or in some cases, broken down into crafting materials. Junk can be found almost everywhere in the world, and there isn’t enough space in Geralt’s bags to carry it all. Note that in villages and cities, many junk items actually belong to someone else. If you try looting them in front of guards or citizens, you may provoke a violent response.
