This minigame is a smashing good time! In Smash Compactor, your goal is simply to drop into one of the small holes that open up on the floor. Do this quickly before the ceiling comes crashing down or you’ll be smashed to smithereens! The last player standing gets to talk all the trash they want.
Smash Compactor games play out over several rounds—as many as are needed to determine a victor. Keep an eye on those holes and watch for ones that begin to glow with a soft blue light. These will soon open, so fight your way over to them and drop through one!
Keep your rivals at bay by punching and kicking them. Punches pack less of a wallop than kicks, and it’s possible to perform fast dropkicks by quickly pressing 1 immediately after you jump to boot standing opponents across the room!
With a massive falling ceiling to worry about and fisticuffs flying all about, Smash Compactor events are frantic battles for survival. Fight hard to claim a spot near one of those glowing holes and drop down before your rivals can take it. We’d all like to look a little thinner, but there are better ways to go about it than being pancaked!
