This boss battle plays out much like a memory game. Several cards are shown faceup for a brief moment before they’re all turned facedown. Try to remember the symbols on each card!
Dry Bones arrives moments later, landing on one of the colored platforms to the side. Notice where he lands, then quickly point your Wii Remote at the card you believe matches his platform’s color and shape, and press A to select it. You’ve got to be quick or your rivals might choose the card before you!
Guessing right wins you three points and causes Dry Bones to suffer damage. More and more cards are presented as the battle wears on, along with more types of Dry Bones platforms, making matters increasingly difficult. Worse, certain cards will sport Dry Bones logos—don’t pick these or the fiend will toss a bone at you, knocking away one of your points!
Dry Bones may seem like a pushover at first, but he really cranks up the challenge after you cut down half his health. Now Dry Bones will shuffle the cards after they’ve been flipped facedown, making it tough to remember which cards were where! Do your best to pick cards that match Dry Bones’s platform until you at last bury this bothersome baddy.
