In this frantic boss battle, you must damage King Boo by connecting three or more of the same type of item across a wide playing grid. Hold the Wii Remote sideways and press 2 to select an item, then press any direction to slide the item to a neighboring space, trading places with another item. Whenever you manage to connect three or more items in a straight line (not diagonally), you’ll deal damage to King Boo!
All items inflict the same amount of damage to King Boo except lightning bolts, which deal significant extra damage and also deduct some points from all of your rivals. Connecting lines of four or more is also worthy of bonus points, but don’t get too fancy—just do your best to keep those points rolling in by scoring as often as you can!
King Boo throws a royal fit after you lop off half of his health. Now regular Boos will start chasing your cursor around the screen, freezing it in place whenever they manage to catch up. Quickly shake the Wii Remote to break free of a Boo’s grip, then get back to beating on their wicked king!
