Blast that little baddy three times before the clock ticks to zero and you’ll ground him for good!
Jr. has some slick moves, so you’ve got to pick your shots carefully during Pair of Aces.
Watch the little creep carefully as he bobs and weaves all about, then be quick to blast him each time he pauses for a moment.
This is the ideal time to strike Jr. because he’s really tough to hit while moving!
Pair of Aces isn’t just a turkey shoot, mind you. Jr. has attacks of his own in the form of heat-seeking missiles that he commonly fires when he becomes stationary.
Be quick to press B the moment you see the B icon appear above your character, or Bowser Jr. will blast you, leaving you unable to return fire for a moment!
Like most Bowser Jr. minigames, you have a full 30 seconds to get the job done in Pair of Aces.
This is ample time, provided you’re careful to avoid Jr.’s missiles and are quick on the draw when he pauses. Blast Jr. three times to send him tumbling down in flames and ensure these stormy skies are secure!
