After finding the second Elite Guard, follow the steps into the next room. Once the monsters have been cleared out, move over to the artifacts along the left side of the room. Slip around one of them and crawl through the vent to reach a hidden hallway. Move toward the center and search down the perpendicular passage to find a Collectible.

Once inside the Lazarus Archives, climb onto the second level on the right. Find the red, transparent display and then turn toward the archives. You can interact with one, so go ahead and use it to reveal a Collectible.
