Access the Map
After defeating the Barons of Hell, look for the small cave directly across from the exit. Inside, throw the lever to open the hidden Classic Map. Move over to the big door and drop off to the right. Make an immediate right to spot the opening down the hill. Move inside and make your way through the maze to find two skulls on the walls ahead. Interact with both to open the wall, revealing several resources, including a Mega Health.
Map Strategy
As you reveal the map, it forms a boney hand. From the start, head left until you reach the blue key at the end of the “pinky.” Look for skull switches in the fingers and activate them. One such switch hides behind the blue door. This reveals the exit to the left.
