Look out for the Collectibles hidden throughout the environment in the DOOM campaign. There are two dolls per mission and each one unlocks a model at the Collectibles menu. Access this menu by selecting your campaign save slot.
The following list of collectibles is sorted by mission, in order of how they are found in game.
