Your followers can do much more than just completing Missions. Followers can be assigned to perform various tasks either at your side, or in your Garrison. These tasks can unlock special rewards and additional abilities for both you and your followers to take advantage of.
Buildings
Some followers are capable of working in various buildings in your Garrison. If you assign a follower to work in a building, they are still considered active in your roster of 20 followers, but they cannot be sent on missions. Note that followers cannot be assigned to buildings until you have upgraded your buildings to level 2. Assigning followers to buildings unlocks additional perks and bonuses for your character.
Alchemy Lab
Followers working in the Alchemy Lab hand out daily quests for extra potions.
Enchanter’s Study
Followers working in the Enchanter’s Study will let you change the appearance of glows on your weapons. This appearance change is strictly cosmetic; it will not affect your weapon’s performance.
Engineering Works
Followers working in the Engineering Works will sell special gadgets and items for your use. You may only carry one of these unique items at a time.
Gem Boutique
Followers working in the gem boutique will offer daily quests that can be completed for additional gold.
Scribe’s Quarters
Followers working in the Scribe’s Quarters will create forged documents which can be used to gain additional gold.
Tailoring Emporium
Followers working in the Tailoring Emporium will create special Battle Standards you can use while out in the world.
The Forge
Followers working in The Forge will help reduce the durability damage you take when fighting enemies.
The Tannery
Followers working in The Tannery can craft special tents that provide a bonus to stats when used.
Other buildings in your Garrison can also recruit followers, but only special followers that are extremely difficult to obtain. Work on upgrading your buildings and completing Work Orders to discover them!
