ROAD HAZARDS
Dirt: Driving on this loose dirt slows you down. Keep your kart off of unpaved surfaces.
Lava: Much of the track runs above pools of lava. Even a short fall can end in disaster!
Lava Plumes: Watch out for the lava that spurts up from the track. The course’s smaller ramps tend to lead you over these hazards. Don’t get caught in a sudden eruption!
Lava Streams: There are several giant vats pouring lava onto the track. Driving through one of these streams will cause you to spin out.
Thwomps: Watch out for these heavy hitters! Avoid Thwomps as they slam down to the track.
This course may not be the most inviting setting, but it has a few shortcuts to help you speed through the area. Drifting is as important as ever, but a few conveniently located ramps allow for some time-saving jumps. Stay on course (and out of the lava) as you race through Bowser’s Castle!
