If you take the lower level of the track in the mall, hit every dash panel to keep up with racers who take the top level.
When you reach this portion of the track, you can take the path to the right to reach an area with six item boxes on either side of a palm tree. This route may be the better option if your opponents all take the upper path.
After landing from your glide, you’ll see a metal ramp ahead of you. If you can correctly time a hop off of it, you’ll gain a Mini-Turbo boost that can help speed you up if you are falling behind your opponents.
Be careful in the section with the cars moving back and forth. This is a very dangerous section that can easily turn disastrous. If you have a Banana, this is a great section to drop it in, making it even more difficult for your opponents to make it through safely!
If you are forced to the left or right side of this room, drive over the dash panel and pick up the item box. If you are falling behind in the race, it could contain an item necessary to get you back in the lead!
