ROAD HAZARDS
Grass: Stay off the grass to stay in the lead—unless you have a Mushroom! If you can’t boost across the grass, keep your kart on the road.
Steep Drops: Whether you’re drifting through turns or bouncing along giant mushrooms, take care to avoid nasty falls.
Goombas: Dodge around these lumbering Goombas. A collision will cause your kart to spin out.
Don’t get carried away as you bounce through this colorful course; it’s a long way down to the bottom of Mushroom Gorge. Remember to hop each time you bounce! Those jump boosts add up over time. The blue mushroom cap acts much like a glide panel, so look for it on your way through the cavern.
