ROAD HAZARDS
Sand: Your kart slows down if you drive across these sand patches. When you can’t avoid crossing one, drift through it to maintain your speed.
Gravel: Keep your tires away from this loose gravel! You lose a lot of speed if you drive across it. As with the sand, you can drift across gravel to minimize the slowing effect.
Lava: Stay out of the lava! A slip off the track will cost you valuable time.
Thwomps: Don’t let these Thwomps get the drop on you! These stony creatures slam down to the track with surprising speed.
Lava Bubbles: Each time you jump across a gap, keep an eye out for these Lava Bubbles. Don’t get caught in a midair collision.
This track is filled with sharp turns, angry Thwomps, and plenty of lava. Drift through patches of sand and gravel when you can’t find a route around them, and keep an eye out for leaping Lava Bubbles. Between the dash panels along the course and the small boosts from your drifts, you should finish this track in no time!
