Search Last Known Location at Wayne Tower
During Chapter 7, Lucius Fox goes out of contact. Drive toward Wayne Tower on Miagani Island to investigate, but you must access the building from the underground elevator. From the Bank of Gotham, head southeast and enter the tunnel, under the Wayne Tower street sign. Turn left at the parking sign and park at the central elevator. Hop out and ride it up.
As Bruce Wayne, walk through the lobby and enter the office. Approach the computer on the desk and attempt to use the retinal scanner, to no avail. When Lucius gets close enough, use the scanner again to force him to login instead. Just in time, Batman notices “Bruce Wayne” accessing the computer.
Move into the office to confront Thomas Elliot, who has Lucius Fox at gunpoint. Eventually, a prompt appears to Counter the villain, but do not press it yet. He turns his gun on Batman and at that split second is the only chance to take him down. Too early and he shoots the hostage. Too late and he shoots the vigilante. A successful counter earns you three WayneTech Upgrade Points and Hush is enclosed in Wayne Tower. You can continue the game by exiting through one of the doors and gliding off the balcony.
