Some trophies must simply be found and picked up, stashed somewhere in plain sight. These trophies are often well-hidden, tucked into some low-key corner or squirreled away behind a breakable wall, but require no further actions once they’re found but to pick them up. Many other trophies are puzzle trophies, and require some small puzzle solution or journey before the trophy is yours. Puzzles vary and often require the use of Gadgets, the Batmobile, or both. Some puzzles have to wait until you acquire Gadgets you lack early on, like the Voice Synthesizer or Remote Hacking Device. For most puzzle trophies, the trophy and its solution are found in the same place, but for a few you must begin your investigation in one place before racing to or searching for a different destination. Each area has its own collection of Riddler trophies, with overlap on just a handful that begin on one island and end on another.
